Biennale College – Cinema 2013/14

The first edition of the Biennale College – Cinema (2012/13) was quite successful. The three selected films have already premiered in the 70th Venice Film Festival and were well received: Mary is Happy, Mary is Happy, directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit and produced by Aditya Assarat; Memphis, directed by Tim Sutton and produced by John Baker; Yuri Esposito, directed by Alessio Fava and produced by Max Chicco.
The Biennale College – Cinema announced 12 projects that have been selected for the second edition the program and will take part in the first 10-day workshop held in Venice in October 2013.
According to the official site: Up to 3 of these 12 projects will receive support for 150,000.00 Euro in order to make 3 feature-length works (first or second work) which will be presented at the 71st Venice International Film Festival.
