Pierrot le Fou has always been considered as an unconventional masterpiece by Jean-Luc Godard and also an unintended remake of his first feature film À Bout de Souffle (Breathless, 1960). Shot in 1965 with the main characters played by Jean-Paul Belmondo and Anna Karina, Pierrot le Fou was a touchstone of Godard’s first period. Here is a collection of pictures taken on the set of the film and some behind the scene footage including the two protagonists and of course Jean-Luc Godard himself!
